What you can receive

If you choose to join, Repair N Go may text you about customer service, your repair's progress, and pickup arrangements. This program does not send promotional offers. Message frequency varies with your repair and conversation.

Your choice

Sign up using the separate, optional text-updates checkbox on our contact form or repair-request form. Enter your own mobile number and check the box only if you want these texts. Providing a number, asking a question, or purchasing a repair by itself does not enroll you. You can leave the box unchecked and still submit a request or use our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Charges and delivery

Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider for details. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from this text program. After the unsubscribe confirmation, you will receive no further program texts unless you choose to enroll again. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@repairngousa.com or call (702) 586-8293. For urgent repair questions, contact the shop directly.

Your mobile information

We save your SMS choice, mobile number, submission time, and the consent wording shown. We use these records to manage the service-text program and document your permission. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent records for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. Providers that support delivery of our service texts may process only the information needed for that service. See our Privacy Policy.

Keep your number current

Tell the shop if your mobile number changes or you no longer control it. These terms apply to Repair N Go's service-text program; repair pricing, service authorization, and warranty terms are described in our repair terms.
