Understand your options

The back is more than a cosmetic surface.

Tell us where the damage is and whether camera focus, wireless charging or other functions changed after the impact. That context helps us understand whether the repair involves glass alone or other components.

We confirm the repair approach with you.

Rear construction varies between iPhone generations and models. We identify the phone, inspect the damage and discuss the available repair approach and parts. A photo or model name is a starting point; the device assessment determines the final scope.

Bring the full picture.

Let us know about an earlier back-glass or frame repair and whether any parts were previously replaced. If several areas were damaged in one fall, mention them together so the quote can account for the complete problem.

Is back glass repair the same as camera glass repair?

No. Rear housing glass and camera-cover damage can involve different parts and work. Tell us exactly where you see damage and whether your photos or camera focus changed.

Can a bent frame be fixed with new back glass?

A frame problem needs its own assessment. We will discuss any additional work or limitations before you approve a repair.

Will a repair restore the original water-resistance rating?

Do not assume a repaired device will retain its original water resistance. Ask the shop about the repair method, seals and aftercare for your specific device.

Don’t replace it just yet.
