You can send a repair request or a general message to Repair N Go through this website. These forms do not take payments or confirm appointments.

Your messages and repair requests

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, and message so we can respond to your question.

When you send a repair request, we collect your name, email address, any phone number you provide, details and repair history for each device, and your contact and visit preferences. We use this information to respond to your request, assess repair options, and follow up about your device. This is not a marketing signup.

Your submitted details are saved in private server storage and emailed to info@repairngousa.com. Authorized staff can use these records to handle your repair inquiry. Email is processed by the shop’s email providers. Please do not include passwords, passcodes, payment information, or private files. To ask about your information, email info@repairngousa.com.

You receive a reference number when the request is accepted for delivery. A preferred visit date does not reserve an appointment. If you need urgent help or have not heard back, call (702) 586-8293.

Live chat

When you open live chat, our self-hosted Chatwoot service loads at chat.repairngousa.com. We ask for your name and phone number before you send your message. If our team has not replied after two minutes, you can optionally leave your email for follow-up. Messages, contact details, attachments you choose to send, and the page you are viewing are stored privately on our server for the team to handle your inquiry. Chat uses an essential cookie to remember your conversation as you move between pages or return. If you leave an email and step away, we may email a later reply to you. Replies to those emails go to our existing shop inbox. Authorized staff may receive email and phone notifications; mobile notifications are delivered through Chatwoot’s notification relay and the phone platform’s push service. Please do not send passwords, passcodes, payment information, or private files.

Cookies, fonts, and external services

Our forms use an essential session cookie to protect submissions and remember validation feedback. This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party fonts. We use a hashed network address and submission counts to limit abuse of the form. Basic server access logs may record technical information such as IP addresses and requested pages. Links to Google Maps, social sites, and email take you to other services with their own privacy policies. On the about page, Vimeo loads only when you choose to play the repair film.

Repair information and terms

Repair availability, prices, turnaround, warranty coverage, and diagnostic fees are confirmed by the shop. The current website advertises free visual diagnostics and a 30-day repair warranty. The second-opinion offer requires a competitor’s diagnostic receipt. If we get the device working and you decline the repair, a standard check-up fee applies. If it is determined to be a true no-fix, there is no charge under that offer.

Repair Services

• Service Authorization
  By submitting a device, you authorize Repair N Go USA to:
  Perform diagnostics and repairs
  Use necessary parts (OEM or aftermarket unless specified)
• Repair Risks
  You acknowledge that:
  Some repairs carry risk of additional damage
  Water-damaged or heavily damaged devices may not be fully repairable
• Warranty Policy

Repairs may include a limited warranty, if offered.

Any warranty provided is not a direct insurance policy and does not guarantee against all types of damage or failure.

Warranty coverage, when applicable, may be provided through third-party parts suppliers and is subject to their terms, conditions, and limitations.

Warranty does not cover:
   - Physical damage
   - Water damage
   - Accidental damage or misuse
   - Unauthorized repairs or tampering after service

Any warranty, if applicable, will be considered void if the device is opened, modified, or repaired by any third party after service has been completed by Repair N Go USA.

    - Warranty claims are limited to defects in parts or workmanship only and do not extend to issues caused by external factors or customer use.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Devices may be withheld until full payment is received.

Special order parts or services require full payment in advance before work is initiated.

For same-day repairs, a deposit of at least fifty percent (50%) of the total repair cost, or full payment, may be required prior to beginning service.

If a customer declines to provide a deposit, Repair N Go USA reserves the right to request valid identification for verification purposes, which will be securely maintained on file”. Any remaining balance will be due in full upon pickup of the device.

Abandoned Devices

Devices left unclaimed for 30+ days may be considered abandoned and disposed of or resold to recover costs where permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Repair N Go USA is not liable for:
Indirect or incidental damages
Loss of profits or data
Device failure after repair

Repair N Go USA is not responsible for any loss of data, including but not limited to photos, contacts, applications, or files.

Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data prior to submitting any device for repair.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that data loss may occur during the repair process and that Repair N Go USA shall not be held liable for such loss.
