A little less complicated
No runaround. Just a clear plan,
careful work, and a familiar face.
Stop by with your device. Walk-ins are welcome, and a visual diagnostic is free.
We assess the problem, explain the repair, and give you a quote and expected timing.
Approve the work, let us handle the details, and pick up your device when it is ready.
No. Walk-ins are welcome at our shop on West Cheyenne Avenue. If you want to discuss your model, parts availability, or timing before visiting, give us a call.
Many common phone repairs can be completed within about an hour. Timing varies with the device, damage, parts availability, and current workload. Your technician will explain the expected turnaround after assessment.
The price depends on your device model and the work it needs. We offer a free visual diagnostic and a quote so you can understand your options. Any deeper diagnostic work and applicable fees should be discussed with the shop.
We offer a 30-day repair warranty. Ask the shop about coverage and exclusions for your specific repair before authorizing service.
We offer a second opinion when you bring the competitor’s check-up or diagnostic receipt. If we get the device working and you decline the repair, a standard check-up fee applies. If it is determined to be a true no-fix, there is no charge under this offer.
Bring your device, its charger if the problem involves charging or power, and a description of what happened. For a second opinion, bring the other shop’s diagnostic receipt. Back up your files beforehand when possible; never send a device passcode in a quote request.
Don’t replace it just yet.
